Aged in ex–Cabernet Sauvignon French oak barrels sourced from wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valley, and released in limited quantities once per year, use these specialty bitters as you would any other aromatic bitter, noting the affinity to pair with and echo baking spice notes in cocktails featuring barrel-aged spirits.
