- Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, 6-8 days maceration in roto-fermentor and 10-15 days completion of alcoholic malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
- Aging in 15hl barrels of Slavonian oak for 24 months prior to bottling, followed by 12 months in bottle
- 300 cases produced annually
