- Vineyard is southeast-facing at 270 meters above sea level with a 50% slope gradient
- 55% silt, 25% clay and 20% sand
- Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, 6-8 days maceration in roto-fermenter and 10-15 days completion of fermentation in stainless steel
- Malolactic fermentation in French oak barriques
- Aged in French oak barriques (40% new and 60% used) for 24 months, followed by 12 months between steel and bottle
- 165 cases produced annually
