- Nebbiolo from vines planted in lower elevations (250-260 meters above sea level) in the crus of Muncagota, Basarin and Cotta
- A mix of calcareous clay soils and sand
- Fermentation and maceration over 7 days
- Aging for one year in barriques (20% new, 80% second and third use)
- Blending and aging in stainless steel before the wine ages in bottle for a minimum of 10 months prior to release
