- Arresting aromas of oyster mushroom, toasted almond, grilled pork, and soy sauce precede a palate which echoes the nose with the addition of sunflower seed, peanut butter, millet, and a hint of banana pudding.

While most baijiu is produced using sorghum, Vinn Distillery’s rice aroma baijiu is made entirely from rice, resulting in an incredibly approachable spirit. This bold, umami-rich expression is punchy enough to shine in any cocktail application.
