Blended to complement a rich final dinner course of puddings, cakes, tarts, jellies, chocolates, and cheeses, Art & Decadence exists to delight with notes of oxidized fruit, imparted by its multiple dessert wine cask finishes. Inspired by the Decadent Movement of the late 19th century and the Oscar Wilde quote, “We live in an age when unnecessary things are our only necessities,” Compass Box’s Art & Decadence is excessive simply for the sake of extravagance, proving that, sometimes, more is in fact more.

"The nose is seductively enticing, with caramel, toasted coconut, vanilla pod, red apple, rich chocolate cake, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cumin. Dried fruit, milk chocolate, and lively spices on the palate, with clove, cocoa, coffee, dark chocolate, black cherry, and a perfectly ripe raspberry note. Golden caramel, chocolate pudding, espresso, and toasted oak on the finish, with greater fruitiness unlocked by adding a spot of water. A truly delicious blend. (9,126 bottles)—Jonny McCormick"
