• 11 botanicals include juniper, coriander, star anise, cardamom, angelica root, orris root, lemon peel, orange peel, grapefruit peel, cassia bark, and elderflower
• Juniper is macerated in apple distillate overnight prior to distillation; the remaining botanicals are vapor infused during distillation
• Distilled in a hybrid pot and column still
• The nose is anchored by citrus with candied grapefruit peel and the lighter aromatics of juniper and coriander over hints of green cardamom and elderflower; the palate is lush and silky, bursting with bright candied grapefruit peel, honeysuckle, lychee, cinnamon, and the perfect amount of spicy juniper
