• (Probably?) 100% Palomino, sources unknown—the single bota this bottling was drawn predates any written records in the company’s possession
• Aged in the San Roberto bodega in Sanlúcar, which houses an intermediary stage of the company’s Solear solera of manzanilla, from which this bota was removed an indeterminate amount of time ago
