The maximum expression of flor aging, this Amontillado shows its Manzanilla origin and over thirty years of aging in its steely intensity and monumental structure. A world-class rarity from Sanlúcar de Barrameda– ancestral home of the great Amontillados. Drawn from old soleras kept in the 19th-century El Potro bodega in Sanlúcar’s Barrio Alto.

"If Barbadillo have ever bottled a bad wine, I,ve yet to taste it, and even their VORSAmontillado, a category that is filled with traps, comes across as wonderfully polished andharmonious. Lemony sharpness meets yeasty, eggy rich mouthfeel. There is plenty of woodyoxidation, but never too much: the wood covered as it is by otherworldly, tense fruit flavour."
