"A nervy albarino with notes of brine, white flowers and fennel. Lots of tension, with incredible energy and purity. Salty and lightly astringent on the palate. Super expressive. No sulfites added. Drink now."

"Made without added sulphites † hence the Vino de Espa¤a label, as such things are notpermitted in R¡as Baixas † this comes from an organically farmed parcel in coastal Castrelo.Bready, waxy and unusual, with full malolactic adding another dimension of flavour andtexture, it has appealing umami and patisserie spice flavours and a stony, granitic finish.2024-28"

"The slightly darker 2023 O Sebal was produced with Albari¤o from two plots on granite soils, fermented in stainless steel and was bottled without any added sulfur. It is was harmonious, expressive and clean, perhaps a little more advanced and a tad more oxidative but keeping the poise, freshness and varietal profile. It is clean, precise and characterful, with personality. It has 13% alcohol with a pH of 3.28 and 6.7 grams of acidity. It was bottled in June 2014 after nine months in stainless steel with the lees without racking."
