• Overproof white Demerara rum produced by Demerara Distillers Limited at Diamond Distillery, the last remaining distillery in Guyana
• Produced in accordance with the Demerara Rum Geographical Indication
• Distilled from 100% molasses primarily in DDL’s heritage four-column metal French Savalle still and multi-pressure rectification still (MPRS)
• Aged for approximately 6 months before bottling
• A familiar Diamond Distillery nose of buttered popcorn and vanilla bean with grassy sugarcane fibers; a feisty palate of cotton candy, brown sugar, and charred bell pepper finishes with a hint of banana candy and marshmallow
• 75.5% ABV
