- Distilled from sugarcane juice on a Creole copper column still
- Sugarcane is crushed within one hour of harvest and open-tank fermented with French baker’s yeast for 24 hours
- Distillate is proofed with spring water sourced from Mt. Pelée; the rhum is rested and gradually reduced for 6 months before aging
- Aged 15 years in re-charred ex-bourbon barrels
- Redolent of crushed walnuts, pecan pie, and brown sugar with notes of saddle leather, old wood, and tobacco joining subtle sweetness on the palate
- No added sugar or coloring
- Bottled at a cask strength of 42.92% ABV (ABV and vintage year will vary batch to batch)
