Castello di Cacchiano, owned by Giovanni Ricasoli-Firidolfi, a descendant of the famed Ricasoli family. Founded in the 10th century, the estate spans 200 hectares in Gaiole in Chianti, with 36 hectares of vineyards producing elegant wines like Sangiovese-based Millennio, honoring its rich history.
