Begun in 2009, Port Askaig is a range of carefully sourced Islay single malt whiskies bottled in limited batches. Chosen to embody the unique spirit of the island, these whiskies reflect the robust smokiness and soft fruitiness indicative of the Islay style.

In 2015, Epicurean Selection began to acquire exceptional casks of Single Malt Scotch that could be further treated in their country of origin, aged no less than 12 years, and bottled at cask strength. The result is the Rites of Passage Cask Selection Series.

Single Cask Nation is the only independent bottler of Scotch Whisky based in the US. Owned and operated by Joshua Hatton and Jason Johnstone-Yellin, the aim is to uncover the finest and rarest single casks and bottle them at full cask strength.
