Meikle Tòir [MEE•kuhl Tor], meaning Big Pursuit, comes from independently owned The GlenAllachie Distillery. The team uses mainland peat to make an oaky, sweet style of small batch Speyside peated Scotch, the first in history to be produced at this celebrated distillery.

Located in the town of Drimnin, nestled in the Western Highlands of Scotland, independent, organic whisky distillery Nc’nean [Nc•nee•an] crafts its award-winning single malt whiskies using pioneering sustainable production.

Begun in 2009, Port Askaig is a range of carefully sourced Islay single malt whiskies bottled in limited batches. Chosen to embody the unique spirit of the island, these whiskies reflect the robust smokiness and soft fruitiness indicative of the Islay style.

In 2015, Epicurean Selection began to acquire exceptional casks of Single Malt Scotch that could be further treated in their country of origin, aged no less than 12 years, and bottled at cask strength. The result is the Rites of Passage Cask Selection Series.
