Bodega Los Astrales began work at the end of 2000 by the hands of the Romera de la Cruz family, a family with 3 generations of wine growers. The focus of the winery is to extract all of the character of old vine, head pruned, organically farmed Tinto Fino (Tempranillo).
La Rioja Alta's project in the Ribera del Duero, where terroir and microclimate combine for the utmost expression of Tempranillo. In 2000, having verified the quality of the vineyards, a winery was built representing a perfect combination of cutting-edge wine-making technology and timeless design.
Isaac Fernández Selección is a unique collaborative venture between two individuals – Isaac Fernández Montaña one of Spain’s most acclaimed winemakers and Aurelio Cabestrero whose vision and commitment helped bring Spanish wines to the forefront in the United States.
Founded in 1903, Finca Torremilanos is the second-oldest estate in what is now Ribera del Duero DO, as well as the first-ever Demeter-certified biodynamic winery in the appellation. A family-run gem marching to the beat of its own drum, producing both traditional and experimental wines.
San Román Bodegas y Viñedos is Mariano García and his family’s second winery in the Duero Valley, after Bodegas Mauro. Over 140 hectares of organically-grown vineyards are being converted to biodynamic viticulture production in order to increase the organic matter & foster biodiversity in the soil.
