The vineyard is organically farmed and sits on a plateau at over 300 meters in elevation, exposing the vines to strong winds. The soil is clay-limestone with a rocky surface featuring some of the famous galets roulés -- a hallmark of many of the best sites in the Southern Rhone.

Domaine Lafond is a certified organic, family-run estate located in the rosé-only appellation of Tavel, where owner-winemaker Pascal Lafond makes deliciously pure and traditional Lirac and Chateauneuf to go along with his robust and age-able Tavel rosé.
Mikaël Boutin first worked as a mechanic until age 20 when he began work in the southern Rhône vineyards. When his uncle retired in 2008, Mikaël worked two hectares he inherited from his parents making his first organic wine in 2011.
After the sale of Domaine des Relagnes in 2005, Olivier Hillaire started his own label, securing three of the best parcels previously owned by Domaine des Relagnes, most notably ‘Les Petits Pieds d’Armand’ in the La Crau area of the appellation. He uses minimal chemicals and harvests manually.
Domaine La Réméjeanne is a certified organic property owned by the dynamic Olivier Klein that is located in the high-altitude (200-280m) village of Sabran. Klein is an extremely conscientious farmer and winemaker, using very traditional methods to create balanced and textured Cotes du Rhones.
Domaine Saint Gayan is a small estate located at the foot of the spectacular Dentelles de Montmirail in the Gigondas appellation. One of the great estates of the Southern Rhône, the owners, Jean-Pierre Meffre and his wife Martine produce wines of enormous power and concentration.
