Jérôme Coursodon produces a stunning range of red and whites from the historic village of Mauves in the original sector of Saint-Joseph. From his granite slopes Jerome produces wines of incredible complexity, and age-ability that can compete with the best from Hermitage, Côte-Rôtie, and Cornas.

Located 20 minutes south of Lyon, in the heart of one of the most unique sites in all of the Couteaux du Lyonnais, lies a walled clos owned by a truly maverick grower – Patrice Thollet. Patrice’s biodynamically farmed Gamay and Chardonnay are an oasis of mouthwatering minerality and terroir.

Maxime Graillot trained under his father Alain from a young age and in 2004 decided to split his time between his father’s domaine and establishing his own domaine. He purchased parcels adjacent to those of Domaine Alain Graillot, creating gorgeous Syrahs that only the Graillots can produce.
