At the base of the Alps in the village of Maggiora, in Alto Piemonte, low pH soil and a cooler climate imbue Vallana wines with aromatics and backbone. Giuseppina Vallana, together with children Marina and Francis Fogarty, farm sites within Colline Novaresi, including the crus of Boca and Gattinara.

From Verona’s Bar Archivio comes Volume Primo Vermouth. While many other vermouths are readily available, many are too sweet, too bitter, or too balsamic in character. Archivio set out to produce a balanced vermouth of their own, using quality ingredients, with mixability and quaffability in mind.
