Greenhook Ginsmiths focuses with laser-like precision on just one category: Gin. Using a custom-made vacuum still, Greenhook distills at lower atmospheric pressure, and thus lower temperatures, capturing subtle aromas from delicate botanicals to make three different styles of gin.

Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard pioneered quality winemaking in the Finger Lakes, blending biodynamic farming with low-intervention methods. Founded by Mosel-born Hermann Wiemer, the estate is now led by Fred Merwarth and Oskar Bynke, and is celebrated for its Rieslings and sustainable practices.

Founded in 2019 by New York-based musician and producer Eric Kaye, Holmes Cay (pronounced “key”) is an independent bottler of rum dedicated to curating a continuously evolving collection of the best small batch, limited edition rums from around the world, distilled and bottled without additives.
