Founded by Charles Bieler and Bruce Schneider, The Gotham Project is the pioneer of locally filled reusable stainless-steel kegs of high quality, soulful wines. They turned to their own winemaking projects and their friends to offer a collection of authentic and exciting juice from around the world.

Greenhook Ginsmiths focuses with laser-like precision on just one category: Gin. Using a custom-made vacuum still, Greenhook distills at lower atmospheric pressure, and thus lower temperatures, capturing subtle aromas from delicate botanicals to make three different styles of gin.

Hermann Wiemer has been a winemaking pioneer in New York since emigrating from Bernkastel, Germany in the 1960s. Since 2007, Fred and Oskar have run the winery and pursue the production of pure Rieslings that speak of the terroir of Seneca Lake, with a not-so-subtle reference to the Mosel.
