The origins of Finger Lakes Cider House lie in the Good Life Farm, a diverse, certified organic 69-acre farm established in 2008 by Garrett Miller. Back then, the fields were all in corn, wheat and soy; nowadays, they boast vegetables, animals and orchards.

Located in the heart of Finger Lakes overlooking Seneca Lake, Finger Lakes Distilling is one of the oldest and largest distilleries in New York State. They use locally grown fruits and grains to create handcrafted spirits including vodka, gin, liqueurs, and their flagship McKenzie Whiskeys.

Established in 2016 in Brooklyn, NY, by Alex Clark, Fort Hamilton Distillery celebrates America’s earliest style of whiskey: New York rye. The distillery now also produces single cask rye, blends of straight rye as well as high-rye straight bourbon, American dry gin, and vodka.

Founded by friends Aaron Sing Fox and Daniel de la Nuez in 2016, Forthave Spirits produces botanical spirits & liqueurs in Brooklyn, New York, utilizing a library of over 200 botanicals—most of which are USDA organic with the few exceptions that are wild foraged or grown by small, uncertified farms.
