Standing Stone Vineyards was originally established in the early 1970s by the viticultural legends Charles Fournier and Guy Devaux on the east side of Seneca Lake AVA in the Finger Lakes. Today the estate now encompasses 50 acres and is run by Fred Merwarth and Oskar Bynke of Hermann J. Wiemer.

Born from the belief that craft spirits should have more fun, Supergay Spirits, established in 2020, produces small batch vodka in Yonkers, New York, and a range of vodka-based, ready-to-drink cocktails. A portion of proceeds go to the LGBTQ+ community and other socially just causes.

Established in 2016 by Brandon Hill, Tokki Soju is the first American distiller of traditional rice soju. Operating out of Rohnert Park, CA, Tokki Soju uses locally sourced glutinous rice to craft unadulterated Korean soju and now distills Korean dry gin under their “Western spirits” brand, Sonbi.
