Neversink Spirits was founded in 2015 by Noah Braunstein and Yoni Rabino and operates out of Elmsford, New York. Over the years, these talented distillers have created a mélange of fruit and grain distillates that offer a unique take on traditional spirits such as Calvados, bourbon, and gin.

Onabay Vineyard, now over 20 years old, is part of a larger historic farm owned by the Anderson family on the North Fork of Long Island. Onabay’s nineteen acres under vine are dedicated to growing the best Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec, and Chardonnay.
