Nara Prefecture boasts the oldest sake brewing traditions in the entire country and Yucho Shuzo has a history of sake making that dates back to at least 1719. In recent years they have played a part both in reviving ancient brewing traditions such as bodaimoto and at the same time blazing new paths with their vibrant Kaze no Mori brand. Left untouched after pressing makes for fresh and lively sake.
