Umenoyado Brewery was founded in 1893 in the area of Nara, Japan’s first capital and commonly called the birthplace of sake. While drawing on such the deep and rich history of brewing premium sake Umenoyado has recently become a trailblazer for new styles, in particular fine sake based liqueurs.
