Run by the fifth generation of the Pelizzatti Perego family, ARPEPE is widely recognized as the single best producer in the Valtellina. Their old-vine Chiavennasca (aka Nebbiolo) is sourced from the famed Grumello, Sassella and Inferno subzones of the appellation in the Italian Alps of Lombardy.

Felice Bisleri was an inventor and chemist. He established the Felice Bisleri & Co. chemical laboratory in Milan and developed Ferro-China Bisleri, which was patented in 1881. Ferro China is a sub-category of amari that contains iron ammonium citrate (ferro) and cinchona bark (china).

Located in Lombardia, Destileria Invitti has been producing fine grappa since 1948, collaborating with well-known estates in Valtellina to create brandy from the finest pomace of the region, reflective of the celebrated valley’s terroir.
