From his cellar in Meursault, Vincent Boyer crafts these affordable and delicious wines from organically grown fruit vinified in the exact same way as his top Meursaults. These are gorgeous terroir-expressive values made with top farming methods and high-level Burgundian winemaking.

Bernard Boudouresques and his family have recently revived the domaine, planting vineyards and converting the estate to organic viticulture. The domaine lies at the extreme south of the Massif Centrale, in the gently sloping foothills that lead to the nearby Mediterranean coast.

Château Simone encompasses twenty hectares of vineyards that sit on limestone soils at elevations between 500 and 750 feet above sea level on the slopes of Montaiguet. This special microclimate is influenced by the encircling pine forests, the mass of Mont Sainte-Victoire, and the Arc River.

The Vic family are fifth generation wine growers with roots dating back to the 12th century. They farm sustainably and use only fruit grown on their estate. Everything is done traditionally at this domaine and the wines are some of the finest and most authentic varietal based wines for the money.
