In 2014 Castle & Key revitalized the former Old Tayler Distillery to reimagine Kentucky spirits, prioritizing transparency and quality over quantity. Their small batch approach yields a full range of craft spirits for sipping or mixing, from seasonal gins to bourbon and rye whiskeys.

The Wathen-Medley family has been distilling some of America’s finest bourbon for 8 generations and to this day, continues to produce whiskeys using their traditional, unaltered high-corn, high-malted-barley, low-rye mash bill to craft exemplary Kentucky Straight Bourbons.
