Preservation distillery was founded in Bardstown, Kentucky, in 2015 by Marci Palatella, one of the pioneers of the modern whiskey boom. Preservation bottles micro-batch blends of their own whiskey as well as historical stocks aged on-site, and their limited editions are coveted the world over.

Spirits Industry veteran Dave Schmier began Proof & Wood in 2015 with the goal of compiling a portfolio of some of the best spirits in the world through the time-honored tradition of independent blending and bottling.

Rye & Sons ia blended American straight rye whiskey distilled in Kentucky and brought to market by celebrated sommelier, André Hueston Mack. Mack brings a winemaker's approach to a rye released in annual vintages and created for easy-sipping and affordable cocktailing.
