The family behind Eigashima Shuzo has been making traditional Japanese alcoholic beverages for over three centuries. Less than 100 yards from Kobe Bay, Eigashima Shuzo remains Japan’s smallest whisky producer, distilling some of today’s most respected Japanese whisky under the Akashi label.
