Today Dauvissat holds about 10 hectares of vineyards, with south-facing Grand Cru vineyards, 1er Crus with full southeast exposure, and the village property facing northwest, all underlain by the Kimmeridgian limestone that makes Chablis one of the most unique wine-producing areas in the world.

Joseph Colin is the son of Marc Colin and younger brother of Pierre-Yves Colin. After leading his father’s domaine from 2003-2017, he took 6 hectares from the family property to begin his own story. His wines are top examples of great Chardonnay terroirs, with an outstanding electricity and verve.

Produced from high altitude Chardonnay vines from southern Burgundy, Les Belles Roches is a lively and mineral-focused expression of this noble variety. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, the resulting wine is beautifully textured, with aromas of citrus fruit, quince, and white peach.

Founded in 1999 by Dominique Lafon, Héritiers du Comte Lafon is his trailblazing, biodynamic Mâconnais domaine. Dominique was the first Côte d’Or producer to recognize this region’s potential, and alongside winemaker Caroline Gon, they are making world class Chardonnay.

Les Pierres Grises is a Skurnik exclusive, and each year we get to make our own blend, aiming for a fruit-forward, pure, and typical Saint-Véran that nonetheless displays the poise and minerality for which the commune is known. This wine always delivers tremendous quality and texture.
