The Pinson family has farmed in Chablis since 1640, and was one of the first to 100% estate bottle. The domaine today is run by the dynamic Charlène Pinson and her father Laurent. They own 14 hectares of the crème de la crème of Chablis terroir, making stunning wines of intense purity.
Rémi Jobard is the son of Charles Jobard and nephew to Francois Jobard. Growing up and learning form these legendary brothers inspired him take the helm at this Meursault domaine. Rémi’s wines show a clarity of terroir, which comes from the organic farming and a hands-off approach in the cellar.
In its present state (as of 2011), the Rollin domaine covers twelve hectares of vineyards, eight of which are owned with the other four being rented via the system of metayage or fermage. The estate produces approximately 60,000 bottles per year across fourteen separate appellations!

Arnaud Tessier took over this tiny Meursault estate in 2009 at the age of 21 after his father tragically died. The holdings here have always been some of the best, with prime parcels in the best crus of Meursault. Working alongside his wife, Catherine, they make elegant and incisive white Burgundy
Domaine Thevenet et Fils' holdings include thirty hectares with vineyards centered on the village of Pierreclos, in the heart of the Maconnais. Wines of purity, honesty, fine value were the objective, and indeed, the wines consistently perform at a high level.
The Dampt family has a long tradition of winemakers. In 2002 Vincent began working with his father as winemaker, and in 2004 inherited a few small plots of vineyards, enabling him to create his own estate. This is one of the up and coming young leaders of the new generation of Chablis.
Domaine Xavier Besson is a small estate in the appellation of Givry that has been family owned for 4 generations. The farm old vines in the the top terroir Givry, making wines that are concentrated and densely expressive with brilliant perfume, heady fruit, and a velvety mouthfeel.
It has been 15 years since Vincent Boyer took the reins from his father and put his stamp on Domaine Yves Boyer-Martenot. His tenacity in the vineyards and dedication to balance and freshness has led to wines of increased terroir clarity and chiseled Meursault typicity.
