Distillerie Metté produces exceptional eaux-de-vie in the Alsace region of France, embracing the centuries-old traditions of this orchard-abundant countryside since the 1960s.
Jean-Marie Bechtold is the fourth generation to steward this traditional domaine.  He began working  with his father in 1980 and took the reins in 1995.  The estate is located in Dahlenheim, west of Strasbourg in the slopes of the “Couronne d’Or”, a region with 2000 years of viticultural history.
Founded in 1958, Domaine Mittnacht is a family-run estate led by the charming couple of Christophe and Yuka Mittnacht. Christophe was an early pioneer of the biodynamic movement, believing that biologically complex, complete soils are essential for producing elegant and terroir driven wines.
The Deiss family has always been trailblazers. They installed organic farming practices before switching to biodynamics in 1998, and through their forward-thinking viticulture and perfectly orchestrated winemaking, the are considered one of the unquestionable qualitative leaders of the region.
