• 1 oz Greenhook Ginsmiths Old Tom Gin
• 1 oz Domaine de Montreuil 'Selection' Calvados
• .5 oz Orleans Borbon Manzanilla Sherry
• .5 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
• .25 oz Combier Elixir
• 1 tsp sugar cane syrup
• 1 dash absinthe

Combine ingredients in mixing glass; stir and strain into large rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
