- 1.5 oz Neversink Gin
- .5 oz fresh lemon juice
- .25 oz Giffard Ginger of the Indies
- .25 oz Rhum JM Sirop de Canne
- Top with Paul Laurent Champagne Brut
Combine ingredients in mixing tin; add ice & shake; strain into flute: top with sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon twist.
