Thym after Thym

• 1 oz Contratto Bitter
• .75 oz Bigallet Thym liqueur
• .5 oz fresh lime juice

Build in highball glass, top with soda, garnish with a sprig of thyme and half an orange wheel garnish… Can create a pretty layered effect.
