• 1 oz Greenhook Ginsmiths Old Tom Gin
• 1 oz Contratto Bitter
• .75 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• .75 oz simple syrup
• .5 oz fresh lemon juice
• chinotto soda

Combine ingredients in shaking tin. Shake vigorously and strain; top with chinotto soda.
