Sorrel Collins
- 2 oz Greenhook Ginsmiths American Dry Gin
- .75 oz sorrel syrup
- .5 oz fresh lemon juice
Combine ingredients in a mixing tin ; add ice & shake ; strain over fresh ice into Collins glass ; top with soda and garnish with a leaf of sorrel and a wheel of lemon.
