Sentimental Journey

• 1.5 oz Greenhook Ginsmiths American Dry Gin
• 1 oz Domaine Rolet Chardonnay
• .5 oz cinnamon syrup

Combine all liquids in a mixing glass; stir with ice and strain up in a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
