Sencha Colada
- 1.5 oz Mizu Green Tea Shochu
- 1 oz coconut cream
- .25 oz Giffard Abricot du Roussillon
- .25 oz honey
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 dash Bittermens Mole Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin and shake briefly with three ice cubes. Strain over crushed ice in a Snifter. Garnish with a slice of apricot and a sprinkle of green tea powder.
