Sangria

- 8 oz club soda
- 6 oz Côte du Rhône red wine
- 3 oz El Dorado Cask Aged 5yr Rum
- 3 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 3 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz Contratto Bitter
- 2 oz Rossa 'Amaro Rossa de Sicilia' Amara
- 2 oz JM Cane Sirop
Combine ingredients in a large pitcher; top with club soda and stir thoroughly. Garnish with orange half moons, lemon wheels and seasonal fruit.
