Poison Apple

• 1 oz Brennivin Aquavit
• 1 oz Domaine de Montreuil 'Selection' Calvados
• 1 oz ginger beer
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• .5 oz simple syrup
• .25 oz Giffard Black Rose
• 3 dashes orange bitters

Combine ingredients in mixing tin; add ice & shake; strain over fresh ice into a highball glass; top with ginger beer. Garnish with an orange peel.
