• 1 oz blended scotch
• .5 oz Giffard Crème de Pamplemousse Rosé
• .5 oz Rossa 'Amaro Rossa de Sicilia' Amara
• .5 oz ginger syrup
• .5 oz fresh lemon juice
• scant .25 oz El Dorado Cask Aged 8yr Rum

Combine ingredients in mixing tin; add ice & shake; strain over ice into rocks glass; float .25 oz of rum. Garnish with smacked mint and candied ginger.
