- 1 oz blended scotch
- .5 oz Giffard Crème de Pamplemousse Rosé
- .5 oz Rossa 'Amaro Rossa de Sicilia' Amara
- .5 oz ginger syrup
- .5 oz fresh lemon juice
- scant .25 oz El Dorado Cask Aged 8yr Rum
Combine ingredients in mixing tin; add ice & shake; strain over ice into rocks glass; float .25 oz of rum. Garnish with smacked mint and candied ginger.
