Pastille Daiquiri

- 1 oz El Dorado Cask Aged 3yr White Rum
- 1 oz El Dorado Cask Aged 8yr Rum
- .75 oz fresh lime juice
- .5 oz simple syrup
- .25 oz Giffard Menthe Pastille
Combine ingredients in mixing tin; add ice and shake; strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a mint leaf or sprig.
