Paloma (variation)

• 3 oz Fever Tree Tonic
• 1.5 oz Agave de Cortez Mezcal Joven
• 1 oz Giffard Crème de Pamplemousse Rosé
• .5 oz fresh lime juice

Build in a highball glass; garnish with a lime wedge and salt the rim of the glass (optional).
