Old Tom Old Fashioned

• 1 oz Greenhook Ginsmiths Old Tom Gin
• 1 oz Lemorton Calvados
• .25 oz Rhum J.M Sirop de Canne
• 2 dashes apple bitters
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Combine ingredients in mixing glass; add ice & stir; strain into rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with lemon zest.
