Old Tom Alexander

• 1.5 oz Greenhook Ginsmiths Old Tom Gin
• 1 oz Giffard Crème de Cacao Blanc
• 1 oz heavy cream

Combine ingredients in mixing tin; shake briefly with 1-2 cubes of ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg.
