Normand Sour
- 1.5 oz Caffo Amaretto
- 1 oz Domaine de Montreuil 'Selection' Calvados
- .75 oz egg whites (lightly whipped and raw)
- .5 oz fresh lemon juice
- .5 oz fresh lime juice
- .25 oz simple syrup (optional)
- 5 drops Angostura bitters (optional)
Combine all liquids except bitters; shake dry to emulsify egg whites and other ingredients; add ice and shake well; strain up into a chilled cocktail glass. Drop bitters on surface of drink as a garnish.
