New York Sour

• 2 oz Medley Brothers 102 Proof Bourbon
• .75 oz fresh lemon juice
• .75 oz simple syrup
• .25 oz red wine (float)

Combine ingredients in mixing tin; add ice & shake; strain over ice into rocks glass. Float approx. .25 oz red wine over the back of a bar spoon. Garnish with an orange twist.
